Reservations & Cancellations
The time in which you book is reserved just for you so we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so that you get every last minute of your scheduled time.
In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Please note that we require a credit card number to hold your reservation
Cell Phones
In consideration of other guests we ask that you please turn your cell phone off or to silent.
Gratuities
Treatments and Gift Certificates do not include gratuities; 15-20% of the regular service price is standard if you are satisfied with your service.
